In the UK I was actively involved in running several community initiatives - often on a voluntary basis - with intriguingly different aims such as fundraising, marketing, developing educational resources, improving local internet access, developing and maintaining community or private websites. I also co-founded and ran a fun club for German-speaking children, so that my own children could improve their German language skills, ran a Kumon maths club for children aged 2 to 16, and co-founded and ran a storysacks service based at a local village school. In recent years I have taught a rich diversity of people aged 2 to 85 English and Business English.

She now works as a Facilitator, and creates life-nurturing spaces for groups to convene and navigate through social issues and solutions. Her skillful Whole Person engagement taps experience and collective intelligence of teams/groups to achieve optimal results, with inspiration to take actions.
Vibha initiated non-profit Muskaan (Smile), that implements projects in the domain of social-emotional learning and builds capacity of small and genuine non-profits.
